Responsible for overseeing progress, performance, and results. Exercises functional authority in loans management, delinquency management, operations, and customer service. Reports to the CEO, Senior Manager Operations, and Manager Loans & Collections.In charge of supervising the Loans & Collections Unit. Collaborates with the marketing team to attract new loan business. Ensures excellent customer experience, especially for applicants. Leads efforts to maintain timely loan approvals and acceptable delinquency rates.Key responsibilities include coordinating new loan business, overseeing loan application process, monitoring delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and preparing reports on loan portfolio management. Also participates in strategic planning, monitors day-to-day activities, approves files for collection, responds to customer queries, assists in marketing, trains junior staff, and conducts performance appraisals. Liaises internally with all staff and externally with applicants, delinquent borrowers, and payment makers.
