An E&E engineer by qualification, Allan has been providing deployment, consultancy and interim management services in Asset Management, Sustainability, Business Continuity and Lean Business Transformation across Asia, Australia and Africa for over 20 years.Throughout his career, Allan worked at both strategic and operational levels, on major transformation programs and projects, and resilience programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies. His global multi-industry experience includes power generation, water treatment, retail, manufacturing, banking & finance, mining, supply chain, shared services, oil & gas and transshipment port services. A corporate strategist in operations excellence, Allan has a knack in turning around companies, returning them to profitability and improving their overall process efficiency. Importantly Allan is futuristic - sees issues not only from the horizon but opportunities beyond it.Adaptable to multi-industry processes, he has a keen eye in integrating processes, people, and systems to enable optimum benefits and turn abstract concept ideas into reality. Capitalizing on his Six Sigma Master Black Belt experience, he incorporates innovative adaptive lean practices and approaches into asset management and business continuity consultation. He also consults and implements ISO 55001 Asset Management System, ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System and Business Transformation programs. His contribution in Risk Management, Business Continuity and Lean Management is recognized by his peers and is often invited to speak and participate as panelist contributor globally since 1990. He has contributed articles in major publications in these areas. He also contributes to examination questions and prepare case studies for a major risk management institute in UK.Allan also develop contents for professional risk certification programs and trains lead auditors for international ISO certification bodies in Asset Management and Business Continuity Management.
