Sou alguém apaixonado por encontrar soluções e respostas para os problemas enfrentados diariamente. Entrei no mercado de trabalho em 2010 e de 2014 a 2019 fui responsável por construir e gerenciar 4 empreendimentos da Prósper Incorporações, totalizando 54 unidades entregues.Em 2017 me juntei a Iugui Comunicação em busca da realização de uma antiga paixão: trabalhar na área de marketing. No ano de 2019 mudamos toda a identidade da Iugui e criamos a AB Road - uma agência focada em produção de conteúdo.A pandemia do Coronavírus me fez repensar as prioridades, e decidi seguir um caminho solo, onde abracei a oportunidade de unir duas paixões: construção civil e marketing! Hoje meu maior desafio é humanizar um pouco a construção civil, e mostrar que construir é muito mais do que concreto e obra: é realizar os sonhos de pessoas. E faço isso diariamente, coordenando o marketing de três empresas pertencentes ao grupo, atuando tanto no online quanto no offline e gerenciando a área comercial.

    My main goal is to position Grupo Constrular and its sub-brands in the construction scenario of the north coast of Santa Catarina. We started rebranding all the brands of the group, adapting each one of them to the market niche in which it operates and creating a range of products and services offered that meets all the desired personas. In parallel, we started to invest more in digital marketing and content production, working in each of the sales funnel stages with specific strategies to get and retain new customers.Today we produce organic and paid content on social media and website, also running campaigns on google ads, always trying to lower the CPL and CPC. Offline, we focus on new commercial partnerships, whether through real estate and independent brokers, or brands who talk to our personas. Finally, I work with the architecture team to create new ventures and projects, developing products through market research, competition analysis and market projections. This process involves the conception of the project, pricing, branding and visual identity, sales and training of the sales teams. There are already 6 projects and more than BRL 10,000,000.00 in sales since January/2020.
