As an Administrative Assistants, the main responsibility is to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff. -Answer and direct general phone inquiries in a very professional manner-Reply to general information requests with the accurate information-Great visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents.-Sort incoming mail,faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution-Prepare and send outgoing faxes,mail, and courier parcels-Forward e-mails, and voice mails to the appropriate staff members-Purchase, receive, and store office supplies ensuring that the basic supplies are always available-Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases-Back-up electronic files using proper procedures-Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and stuffs-Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.-Support the board with meeting, travel and other arrangements-Ensure the timely distribution of material to the Board-Create action list for management staff from board meetings

-Forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department- Assist customers/visitors with various needs-Resolve daily problems and concerns-Greet and start conversation with customers/visitors-Collectively discuss, and plan strategies to move the organization forward.-Constantly provide, and make recommendations

Responsibilities are to support marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.-Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing-Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
