Prior to forming my consulting firm in 2006, I held senior-level roles at money center banks, Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, and small public and private companies. I started my career in audit at Arthur Andersen & Co. I am a CPA and hold an MBA from Baruch College. From a personal standpoint, my wife and I live in NYC. I am active in the Exit Planning Exchange, where I was a past president of the NYC chapter, and am currently on the board of the tri-state chapter. I am also the past president of the NYC chapter of Financial Executives International, and I am active in ACG and similar organizations. I am also on the board of the Garfield, NJ chapter of the Boys and Girls Club, where I headed up the finance committee. Earlier in my career, and I served on boards of two FDIC insured banks.
