Train and coach call center reps who provide hardware and software troubleshooting and solutions for 141,000 State Farm Agents, Agent Tram members , enterprise staff and equip Ind Adjusters and deployments for Catastrophe response.We do complete set up for new business partners I meet regularly in 1x1 with representatives and coach from daily and weekly metrics on each rep. I do weekly graded call reviews and coach and train based on identified needs. I also provide real time support ans assistance for troubleshooting on live calls. Additionally, I take calls daily to have regular practice for my troubleshooting skills. Minute by minute coaching for Microsoft, VPN, LAN and local printers, laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, wifi networks, MIFI’s , mobile devices,virtual machines, and provide a multitude of other resolutions for our business partners. I work with a team of other coaches to ensure we are helping provide excellent service to our business partners.
