Responsible for identifying opportunities to drive value by integrating AI/ML/Gen AI into products and processes. Developing relationships with industry and domain specific stakeholders to understand their needs and developing strategies to implement AI driven solutions to meet those needs. Operationally leading organization of distributed data scientists and data analysts in the PwC Digital organization. Driving the understanding of LLM and diffusion model capabilities, use cases, and risks in the organization in order to achieve optimum ROI on implementations.

Developed an analytics and reporting team within the PwC Partner Affairs organization which had no initial automated analytics or reporting capacity. Worked with firm US leadership to develop analytics and reporting strategy on internal performance, finance, and human capital data. Responsible for identification of staffing needs, and subsequent hiring and management of data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, BI developers and QA resources. Worked with leads of different lines of service and OGC to provide impactful operation insights and analyses which were delivered through Tableau and PowerBI platforms. Developed a variety of inferential and predictive analytics solutions and data visualization solutions as an individual contributor. Developed strong relationships with stakeholders in order to understand their businesses and pain points so that solutions were operationally impactful to their businesses.

At Healthesystems my role was to provide high level strategic guidance and planning for the implementation of advanced analytics and to perform as an individual contributor. Specific activities included the development and delivery of inferential and predictive solutions utilizing SAS and R software. Planning the upgrade of hardware resources to right size the environment for the analytics team based on workload and specific staff skillsets. High touch engagement across the executive team, and with various technical teams within the organization. Development of strong relationships with the executive team and key technical leaders to facilitate more efficient operations. Development and presentation of educational decks to improve the understanding and acceptance of advanced analytics solutions within the company. Management of data scientists and data science project backlog development, specifically project scoping / solution requirements, and staff time budgeting.

At PBS&J/Atkins my role was to perfom as an individual contributor and a manager. As an individual contributor my role included analyzing data (including model/algorithm development) using primarily SAS software, generating and presenting slide decks, and writing reports. As a manager I was responsible for full project life cycle management and delivery. Including:- project scope/budget generation (sales)- client management- project management- staff management- product presentation/delivery- individual contributor role for technical work- delivering on sales revenue/profit margin targets
