It focussed on the supply chain of a Textile manufacturer and distributor in West-Africa which includes the definition and measurement of performance parameteres and an improvement model. Next to that I did research on West-Africa specific factors which influence decision making in the supply.

I worked within the department of Planning at Interface, World's leading carpet tile manufacturer. I did a project whithin the European department stationed in the Netherlands, which included the gathering of key performance indicators for Planning purposes and creating a dashboard which showed day to day performance on these indicators.
