Develop products and marketing strategy for a start-up wellness lifestyle brand focusing on CBD and herbal wellness products targeted to the GenX male. Develop recipes and oversee all aspects of manufacturing and packaging of 10+ products including tinctures, balms, salves, creams, and smoke blends. Assist with rebranding, marketing, sales, training, and act as liaison between brewery operations workers and new owners. Directed daily brewery operations in a 16,000 sq. ft. facility in the Garver Feed Mill in Madison and staff of 10 including a sales manager, operations manager, head brewery manager, and production staff. Managed and maintained all regulatory compliance standards required by the FDA, Department of Agriculture, and MOSA Organic Certification. Sold business to Upside Grounds and retained as Director of R&D and Operations.• Launched and grew a premium craft kombucha brewery from scratch into a profitable regional brand wholesaling to 500+ retailers in 12 states.
