I contributed to number of multidisciplinary engineering research activities, which enable me to have a broader view about potential research topics in engineering for my professional academic and industrial career. The main line of my research interests has been studying the behaviour of materials (metallic, non-metallic, composites, and bio) and material properties’ characterisations or modifications in response to applied external loads or internal stresses (e.g. thermal, mechanical, magnetic, radioactive, and biological) within given functional conditions and material working environment. My approaching method to the objectives of the research project is to combine the results of standard laboratory experiments, analytical calculations, and numerical simulations. Subsequently, I scrutinised the data to build reliable constitutive models and applicable conclusions for the material under investigation to predict the material behaviour considering the loading and boundary conditions as well as function analysis.
