Vice President - Strategic Planning, Finance & Vendor Management For Treasury
Current- Lead finance, vendor management, and strategic planning functions for the Treasury Services Division- Responsible for a team of vendor managers, coordinating 60+ vendor relationships and hundreds of dedicated vendor resources, to support key objectives in a cost efficient manner- Serve as Vendor Executive Officer for some of the largest outsourcing agreements in the Federal Reserve System- Responsible for a team of financial analysts, developing, maintaining and tracking a $xxxM annual budget, and facilitating allocation of costs to business partners. - Developed and maintained best-in-class set of cloud FinOps practices, including self-service reporting and forecasting, robust processes and operating model, and persona-based training resources- Responsible for strategic planning - including workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, leadership and management team development, continuous improvement and vision / mission for the Division
