As a Technician Supervisor at Texas Instruments, I leverage my experience as an equipment technician and my experience in the United States Navy to manage and improve the performance of the photolithography department. I have led projects such as implementing automated partitioning for defect investigation and installing remote control monitoring equipment on site, resulting in increased productivity and quality. I have also created and enforced safety standards for our department, such as a confined entry procedure, to ensure the well-being of our technicians and equipment.Before joining Texas Instruments, I was a Team Supervisor at Micron Technology, where I organized and delegated the work and maintenance performed on shift, as well as the training and certification of my team. I coordinated with the remote operating center and equipment/process engineers, maintaining a cohesive and effective workforce. I also facilitated a massive documentation overhaul, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of the information for our equipment procedures. My main focus at work is personal development, both for myself and for my team. I am always eager to learn from others and to help them use their skills to improve our company. I am passionate about failure analysis, manufacturing engineering, and electrical troubleshooting, and I seek to apply these competencies to every challenge I face.
