-Manage five employees in the complete production of custom motorcycle parts for a nationally know and award winning custom motorcycle builder and parts supplier. -Develop and employ new processes to advance the quality and quantity of the product. -Participate in the design of new products. -Mold building. -Maintain inventory of materials and product to ensure timely completion of projects for customers. -Manage labor, materials and work hours to meet deadlines and production goals.

-Manage and participate in the production of fiberglass/composite products through the Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding process. -Develop and employ lamination and infusion processes for nontraditional structural composite products. -Supervise 1 to 10 employees depending on needs of project. -Proficient with V-RTM, RTM Light, Squash Molding, Hand-lay and tooling processes. -Experienced and comfortable with Chop Lamination, Carbon Fiber, Pre-preg, and Molding.

-19D Cavalry Scout-Section Sergeant responsible for the training, welfare and employment of eight soldiers in peacetime and combat. -Lead and participated in Reconnaissance, Surveillance, Assault, Security and Target Acquisition operations through three combat tours to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from Feb 03 to Sept 06. -Led my Soldiers through Airborne, Air Assault and ground missions in peacetime and combat. -Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of over three million dollars worth of equipment assigned to my section.
