A former Senior Officer in the Department of National Defence for 22 years, has led high performance teams both at home and abroad ranging from small teams (less than 10) to medium and large teams (over 90 personnel). Has been responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, controlling and closing operations in Canada, Southwest Asia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean region, Northern Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Two years of overseas employment experience. Deep experience working at the tactical, operational and strategic levels of government including experience working interdepartmentally between DND, SSC, GAC, TBS, CSIS, and the RCMP.
