Allen Franks is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration. He opened his first Check Cashing location in January of 1987 and grew the business to 109 locations in 9 states. During that time he co-founded State Check Cashing Associations in Louisiana, Ohio and Michigan. He acted as President of the Louisiana, Ohio and Michigan Check Cashing Associations serving last as President of the Michigan Association for seven years. Allen Franks served on the National Board of Directors of NaCCA, later known as FISCA(Financial Service Centers of America) and served on the Payday Advance Committee. He continues to serve on the Board of Directors of Cash Now, Inc. and Money Service Centers, LLC.In October of 2009, he started Frankly Fruits, LLC which acts as a Holding company for Edible Arrangements (2) franchises in Baton Rouge, LA and (1) in Mandeville, LA. In 2013 Frankly Fruits, LLC acquired Genesis Manufacturing, Inc., a lamp shade manufacturing plant in Albertville, AL. where Mr. Franks currently resides.
