I also manage the financial and administrative aspects of the business, as well as the hiring and training of staff. I have over 25 years of experience in marine operations, including 2.5 years as the Director of Operations at the National Marine Training Center, where I developed and implemented training programs for marine professionals and recreational boaters. Prior to that, I served as the Director of Marine Operations at Air and Marine Operations, Jacksonville, and as a Supervisory Marine Interdiction Agent at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where I led and coordinated law enforcement operations and investigations in the maritime domain. I have extensive skills and knowledge in operations management, strategic leadership, team building, marine law enforcement, and maritime safety and security.
