Created a Domino Intranet test site to view current Notes applications through different browsers such as Netscape, Internet Explorer, and Lotus Notes 4.5. Administered PCLC’s Lotus Notes servers for seven branch locations including installation, creating/recertifying users, replication, security, connectivity and mail routing. Developed a training course for a rollout of new forecasting software for a large corporation’s national sales force. Wrote and led technical training manuals for users and administrators ranging from Beginner through Advanced levels including a two day HTML class, a two day Lotus Notes Developers class, and a three day Lotus Notes Administrators class. Formed and led a centralized Help Desk function to provide support for all clients from seven offices. Responsible as a hands-on Help Desk Manager for providing software support. Organized and implemented a fee for services concept to provide support for clients that needed help beyond basic technical support.
