Director - Project Management Office (Pmo)
CurrentResponsible for the creation and leadership of the Operations PMO group for Immunoassay/MDx Manufacturing Operations. Developed a team of up to 24 highly engaged and skilled Project Managers and Project Support professionals that are responsible for a Portfolio (supply continuity, compliance, cost savings, new products, OEM partnerships) of projects. Primary objective of the PMO Team is to consistently deliver our projects on time, on budget and with a high quality of work. This objective is being met through our sustained use of our DBS tools and techniques. Key accomplishments:• Transferred the EIA (14 assay configurations for the Manual Immunoassay Business) product line from Webster, TX to the Chaska, MN. • Transferred a team of Technical Operations Associates to Project Management professionals who are achieving 90% of project tasks and milestones on-time and for the last 2 years are Danaher Best of the Best in their Engagement results. • Led the successful launch and transfer of the first 6 MDx Assays and System into Manufacturing Operations. • Highly successful management of 25 to 30 projects at any one time which is ensuring supply continuity, compliance and cost savings initiatives are being met in Manufacturing Operations.• Developed a high functioning PMO team focused around DBS principals. Leadership effectiveness ratings over the past 2 years is Danaher Best of the Best.• Business Site Lead who with a strong Site Core Team and IT Corporate team successfully launched Oracle Manufacturing, on-time and under budget. • Major projects implemented successfully include: Supply Continuity, RV resin replacement, pack resin replacement, multiple Antibody replacements, Substrate Bottle replacement. Compliance, RoHS, Frozen Product Labeling Change. Facility Moves, Instrument Mfg to new building, Building 322 construction. New Product Transfers, SPRIworks, BNP, AMH, Vitamin D, PAPP-A, Assay transfers to Galway
