• Reviewing client and business nature along with the project requirements and introducing more effective and efficient methods of completing the set project.• Developing Standards and procedures for the set projects and training internal and external stakeholders as and when required.• Reviewing data collected through requirement gathering sessions analyzing important business data and presenting Requirement Specifications, BRD, User Manuals, and Change Request Forms.• Identifying and bridging gaps that arise during the execution of the project between the technical perspective and business perspective for both the client and the team/developers.• Conducting proof of concepts and demonstrations to clients• Conducting Business Analysis compliance checking• Obtaining sign-off for Requirement Specification.• Post-go-live audits, ensuring customer/user acceptance.• Close coordination with the Project Manager and the Developers.

This role focuses heavily on engaging with the client. I’m also part of the meeting with the client every day so that we can discuss the progress of the ongoing task, forecast of the incoming request, and discussing automations that might improve and make the process more efficient. Reviewing client requests based on the business nature along with the project requirements to introduce a more effective and efficient method of approach to complete a project. Through the use of IBM Cognos analytics, we were able to do Business Analysis, Create drafts for possible future designs. After the meetings, I have to coordinate with the development team on what should be prioritized based on the given timeline.

There were added responsibilities such as Team Management. Ensures that the standards are met through KPI, SLA, SOX compliant, and ISO compliant. Reviewing every documentation if it is up to standard. More on the Team Management internally to oversee the progress of the task. Additional Tasks such as CM auditor and Bootcamp instructor were added. Also performs presentations to the client if there is an enhancement that was newly implemented, together with the documentation. Lead role in regression testing after each and every implementation to production.

As part of an agile team, I’m responsible for Easy to Medium modification and changes requested by the client. Standard documentation was introduced early in this stage. Follow standard and guidelines such as SLA and KPI. Making sure that all modifications, bug-fix, enhancements, and automations are well documented from planning, design, development, testing, to implementation.

All around IT-Support for the clinic. Network admin tasks, Database admin tasks, and Developer tasks were part of the scope for this role.
