I started my professional life in the hospitality industry when I was 17 and made my way into various management positions leading up to my last at Ken's Steak House in Framingham, MA as an Assistant General Manager. While scoring a couple profitable real estate transactions by the age of 23 years old, I was able to fund a childhood dream which was to have my own business. Honestly, I didn't even know which industry I would be in but I knew something would come up. And it did! In 2005 I left Ken's to join forces with a long time friend into a successful design and building firm as a onwer/partner. I never thought it would be so difficult, but I loved it. The learning curve was long and hard. I went back into school to study architectural design and Computer Aid Design Software. I obtained my State Unrestricted CSL license and continued to work hard to achieve success. In 2007, I went on my own to open Sovereign Design and Building Company LLC. While at Sovereign, I designed and built many residential and commercial projects. My love for architecture and building design grew stronger with every project. I also started working as a free-lance drafting contractor for a couple structural engineers and other successful architects. By 2012, I had completely stopped building to dedicate my time solely to architectural work. Fast forward 5 years and I have come to own a successful architecture and structural engineering firm - Sovereign Design Associates LLC.
