Led a global program/risk management team ('Organization Health & Governance') of 11 team members within the Transportation Risk & Compliance department at Amazon. The team is responsible for translating organizational goals and vision into practice while equipping team members with the necessary toolkit along the way. The team serves as the ingestion point for new proposals (programs/products/processes) and is responsible for: program oversight (process monitoring, standardization, and improvement), Health and Metrics (reporting, metrics, business reviews, goals), Product/tech facilitation, Resource Management and Optimization, Strategic Initiatives, Learning and Development, Change Management, and Corporate Governance.
