Responsibilities while working for this Geothermal Exploration and Development Company I had the following responsibilities:• Oversee all procurement personnel and daily work for the Cementing, Drilling, Construction and Operations departments. • Establish and maintain Vendor Alliance Program.• Run RFP process to procure all equipment and services needed to develop and construct a 100MW Geothermal Power Plant.• Ensure availability of product and services to run 24 hour a day drilling operation with up to 4 triple rigs and two coring rigs.

As the Chief Operating Officer I oversaw all senior managers and daily operations for this Computer Hardware and Software Company including the following:• Worldwide Sales - Ensure Sales projections were utilized to drive procurement and manufacturing• Financial - Along with CFO developed financial forecasts that led to a four fold increase in line and credit and secured a debt consolidating loan. Developed Cash forecasting tool that forecasted cash needs up to one year in advance. Ensured all regulatory filing, Payroll, AP and Procurement occured in the required timeframe for business needs and regulatory requirements.• Technical Services - Along with the Technical Service Manager I oversaw the continued improvement of Technical Services including establishing a satelite office in Frankfurt Germany to support sales and technical services for EMEA.• Manufacturing - Oversee processes to ensure timely delivery of Computer Systems and Software.• R&D - Provided guidance and resources to ensure Bright Systems stayed on the cutting edge of industry technology.• Project Management - Along with Project Manager ensured all projects stayed on completion path to meet sales commitments. • Shipping and Receiving - Oversaw shipping and receiving to ensure timely processing of receipts and ensure worldwide shipments were completed with proper import/export documentation.

I was instrumental in the process setup that allowed for the smooth operation of the company while tripling in size. The processes put in place allowed for a small and flexible back office staff. Inventory turns and product availability were amongst the highest in the industry.
