I have successfully established accounting functions, systems, and best practices for multiple projects, as well as implemented cost-reduction, automation, and tax strategies that significantly improved the profitability and cash flow of the clients.Prior to founding Roman Capital, I worked as a Chief Accountant at Tata International Limited, a global trading and distribution company, where I was responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly management reports, monitoring and controlling expenditures, and supporting internal and external audits. I also worked as a Financial Analyst at Yara International, a leading fertilizer company, where I contributed to forecasting, planning, and variance analysis. In addition to my professional experience, I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), with a focus on business administration and management.
