I am involved with all facets of the business and construction efforts. I have facilitated the growth of this company from 2.6M in revenue to our current 21M revenue in 2022. With the growth, I have developed and added the necessary processes and controls necessary to maintain the growth. These include processes related to HR, Quality Control, Customer Engagement and more. My role is heavily weighted towards overall business strategy and I travel often between our 3 offices located in Kansas City, Illinois and Kentucky.

Sherpa Fiber's mission is to build and operate Gigabit-ready fiber rings in under-served communities with populations between 25,000 and 300,000 residents. We strive to deliver fiber networks that (1) increase employment opportunities and enhance educational success for citizens, (2) enable municipalities to adopt cutting-edge technologies to more efficiently serve residents, and (3) provide fellow carriers and service providers the ability to enter new markets or expand current service offerings more cost effectively.
