Accounting Duties related to the aggregates area of San Antonio. Perform monthly and annual close process for aggregate locations in San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas. Perform royalty calculations for property owners. Audit district credit card holder statements. Audit aggregate locations. Assist in external audit proceedings. Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual business reporting and financial reporting. Assist in the yearly budget planning for aggregate locations. Assist with monthly forecasting. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations to the General Ledger. Compile ad hoc reports as requested. Manage inventory and inventory reserves. Manage annual parts and supplies inventory counts.

Order parts and track costs for several locations within the Southwest Division. Account Payable tasks for all Southwest Division locations. Month end accruals as needed. Cash Sale reconciliations. Assist in location audits. Daily location sales reporting.
