Allen Perez leads partnership development efforts with providers at CareAllies. He has a long track record of working with providers to develop strategies and partnership arrangements that accelerate their transition and increase their success in value-based payment arrangements.Prior to his role at CareAllies, Allen led new Market Development for Cigna's Medicare Advantage business, including its work to establish new partnerships with physician groups and delivery systems. Earlier in his tenure, Allen oversaw the physician management company for one of Cigna Medicare’s most successful provider partnerships. Before joining Cigna, he served in strategic and operational roles at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA).Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
