Developed Java Spring Boot application to automate a 2 to 4-hour monthly reporting process and enable users to generate reports in browser. Subject matter expert on OpenText output transformation software, onboarded 3 new teammates and assisted in maintaining legacy process flows. Developed SQL scripts to process big data, from clients, including Wal-Mart and Comcast into digestible key data sets to allow customer service team to analyze trends and inaccuracies.
