Responsible for engineering management of side restraint commodity team1)Build a competitive and proactive team;2)Lead and manage the developing programs of side restraint product follow the process of the company3)Build the competitive platform based on competitive analysis4)Support the development of strategy supplier5)Advanced engineering for strategy supplier development6)Quotation and technical support of new programLeading more than 30 program of the side airbag products currently.

Responsible for: 1) Negotiate with OEM to define the target of the system performance of the restraint system 2) To define the technical requirement and specification of key parts (Seatbelt, Airbag, IP, Seat, Crashworthiness, Interior parts, Steering column, ECU, etc.) based on the development target3) Responsible for the test matrix and plan of the system development, including barrier test, sled test and simulation4) Leading simulation work5) Responsible for the system level test (barrier test and sled test) and result analysis6) Keep contact with OEM for system recommendation and support, as well as the supplier of the other components of the restraint systemLead more than 5 system integration programs for frontal and side to meet US regulation and China regulation, also US-NCAP 5 star/EuroNCAP 5 star/C-NCAP 5 star.
