Responsible for planning, controlling, and directing real estate activities within the Central Division (~1,000 properties). Identifies, acquires, or leases land and buildings for the company's operations. Supervises, directs, and coordinates activities of assigned project personnel to ensure that projects progress is on schedule and within budget.

Primary concentration is on real estate management and distribution in the East Region, working with seven Market Directors across 21 states to develop a distribution strategy through analytics, market share/flow share, and productivity reports. I work with existing and new authorized retailers within each market to execute our distribution plan for the region, and work to select retail locations and lead the efforts to grow and develop our national accounts. My role also includes managing location closures, transfers and acquisitions, relocations, renewals, and remodels. Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and maintaining relationships with a nationwide network of exclusive third party authorized retail partners for Aio Wireless and Cricket Wireless. Developed new recruitment strategies and processes including in-market “Informational Sessions” used to recruit new authorized retailers and educate them on our business model. Also worked with other members of the Business Development team to strategize and plan market rollouts and launch dates in coordination to our growth plan.

Ownership at Planet Cellular decided to franchise Iron Tribe Fitness as a new business venture and transferred my role from Area Sales Manager for Planet Cellular to Operator and Part-Owner for the Tuscaloosa, Alabama Iron Tribe Fitness. Managed real estate selection and build-out, all marketing and sales efforts, training and staffing.

In addition to all of the Market Manager responsibilities listed below, my role as Area Sales Manager also included real estate selection for retail locations, long-term market planning, profit and loss management, production forecasting, monthly and yearly growth attainment, and working directly with the AT&T Area Retail Sales Manager and Retail Account Executive to maximize market production. Exceeded personal sales goals each month with a 2011 gross profit of $1,142,088 and 2012 gross profit of $809,450 (over eight months).

Managed operations and sales at nine AT&T authorized retail locations, with 30+ employees. Planet Cellular opened its first retail store in the Jacksonville market in September of 2010 grew to nine locations– all of which I assisted in opening or transitioning. Daily responsibilities included staffing, training, coaching sales representatives to sell high value and high margin products, personal sales goals, customer service, and ongoing marketing efforts. I also worked directly with the market Vice President to analyze and make decisions on the market’s expansion and growth.

Held positions as the Hitting Instructor, 3rd Base Coach, and Outfield Coach (2008-2010) while off field responsibilities included all team travel arrangements including hotels, meals, per Diem, & transportation. In addition was responsible for all baseball equipment orders and daily equipment needs. Also served as the baseball liaison with athletic administration for academics, compliance, and strength training. In the 2007-2008 season, Radford broke the school record for hits with 583.

Oversaw the completion of all mandatory NCAA team compliance forms, while coordinating the yearly playing schedule, and planning and managing summer/winter camps. Also was responsible for the management of baseball team budget, all team travel arrangements including hotels, meals, per Diem, & transportation. Other duties included assisting Event Management in game time decisions, and serving as the liaison between the coaching staff and academic staff to monitor player progress and eligibility.
