I want nothing less than to be at the top with a well functioning team!My current position allows me to not only assist dealers with technical needs but to help them improve their overall parts and service departments be even more profitable. While I was a member of the Rehlko Gas Engines training team, we restarted LIVE in person technician training to increase knowledge of repair procedures. I helped design, implement, and deliver gasoline engine training to OEM, Distributor, and Dealer technicians. In addition, I was responsible for the logistics of equipment and materials, securing locations and catering. My past duties as a member of the Kohler Engine Service team were to provide outstanding customer service. I used the telephone and in person visits to achieve that goal. The varied work experience I have allows me to have a unique relationship with many of the personnel at a dealership.While a Field Service Adviser for Kawasaki Motor Company I provided outstanding customer service by training dealership employees in warranty, using the Kawasaki dealer portal, and repair techniques in large classroom settings and one on one site visits. I taught several different disciplines of equipment and vehicle repair fir 21 years in MS public education system.
