    This role covers three separate but related areas. For compliance, the Director reviews the various compliance databases and systems our clients utilize to ensure we meet their various requirements in safety, training, and reporting. I also assist in the preparation of contract and vendor packets for new clients. The training role requires the creation, execution, and management of a comprehensive company training program including areas such as HSE, New Hire Orientation, compliance, and job specific training. I oversee the coordination between our field operations personnel and our trainers to source their training requests. Serving as the direct supervisor for our company trainers, I review all training materials to ensure top quality course material and classes with specific focus on instructor delivery and sound pedagogical practices. In the area of internal operations, I am responsible for the creation, organization, and execution of various internal corporate planning tools and events, such as the monthly senior staff meeting and long and short range calendars. I am coordinating with our HSE Director for the selection and implementation of a new automated system that integrates safety, field operations, training management, and provides reporting for senior level situational awareness. I attend meetings with many of our veteran-based partner organizations to promote veteran assistance and transition into the civilian workforce. I coordinate with the VP of Strategy to assist with company direction and strategy, and developing our internal organization.
