-Manage transactions for all components (Mechanical & Electrical) leaving site for repair (Pumps, Motors and Valves). -Instructor and key contact for Implementation of SAP for logistics and repariables and recognized as the first successful start up team for SAP.-Identify Problematic equipment and provide repair specifications to eliminate failure and to increase MTBF of all repairable equipment. -Interface with the various BU’s to provide an Expedite and reliable operation of a centralized Repairs team. -Coordinate with Reliability and Maintenance personnel across all BU’s to reduce and eliminate premature failures on fixed plant equipment -Technical Purchasing and repair specification on Industrial Pumps, Motors and Valves. -Administer and coordinate RCFA’s on repeat failures with Vendors and BU’s to increase reliability and extend the life of critical equipment. -Coordinate with the repair team the priorities for the buyers in the Repairable purchasing group to provide Rio Tinto with sound financial decision making.-Budgetary responsibility as a role member for the repairables department to deliver on time components. ($30 M annually)-Weekly and monthly status reports for Global operations for shared services exchange. -Integral part of a global task force to align all repairable functions globally with RTP.-Implemented the usage of Six Sigma into the repairables department.-Team Member and key coordinator of a critical stored equipment program for all repairable items (>$25 M annually)-Developed the methodology for tracking the core base for all components since the migration to SAP to ensure adequate inventory levels and unnecessary spend.-Responsible for conducting vendor audits and qualification of potential repair shops to assure that the highest quality of resources are utilized for the repair of components.-Write and implement the use of repair specifications for fixed plant equipment.-Rio Tinto Bravo Award recipient in 2011

-Managed global purchasing coordination for Just in time delivery for an annualized purchase of $5M not including capitol expenditures.-Established and Maintained in excess of 30 vendors and suppliers. -Maintained inventory levels at designated markers to include all items from software, Bulk commodities, consumables and Capital equipment purchases-Resolved all outstanding backlogs of items not delivered and accounts not paid due to system conflicts and reduced it to zero outstanding items.- Coordinated with various production needs to adapt to inventory requirements as demands changed.
