Responsible for the day to day operations of the Financial Aid Office, including managing all Title IV funds. Increased total financial aid from $440,000 in 2003 to over $5 million for calendar year 2008. Worked with the Dean of Student Services to increase enrollment from 135 to over 400 students. Researched and implemented a new Financial Aid Management System, PowerFAIDS in 2007, which modernized the processing of financial aid.

Directed all operations of a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, that included Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living Unit and Nursing Unit.
