-Assisting triage and registration via allocation of patient types and identifications-Provide way-finding for visitors and leading them to designated locations -Connecting families with patients by referring to charts and direct search

-Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructor certified-Instruct children/teens/adults with on-snow safety, mobility and etiquette
