1) manage subordinates' daily operation for existing project to ensure good performance for KPIs(such as SAP input,warehouse,dispatch). CNCC is a Caterpillar Logistics driven-initiative that is implemented across 7 Caterpillar Manufacturing Plants, 1 Logistics Centre and 1 Distribution Centre that span along the western coastal region of China namely Shanghai, Suzhou, Tianjin, Wuxi and Xuzhou.
