Provided help desk support for corporate as well as 60 plus stores for all things computer related including connectivity issues to the internet and printing plus general hardware/software debugging. Programmed Routers for VPN/IPSEC connectivity in a wan environment with Cyberguard, Linksys and Snap Gear Routers. Setup and created user domain and email accounts. Processed batches from Microsoft Access to generate mailing list for bad debt and marketing mailings. Processed daily batches to ACH Commerce for both payment and returned payment batches. Created reports of the ACH transactions and submitted to staff for review. Assisted District Managers with investigations on irregularities to determine if fraud was likely by reviewing journal files for notations on transactions. Programmed and set up internet security cameras and networked printers. Installed and configured new software as necessary. Made images of computer operating systems with installed applications so that many machines of the same model and configuration could be quickly mass produced and distributed. Responsible for shipping and tracking of hardware to be installed in new stores or replacement of defective hardware. Set up multi-media equipment for quarterly meetings. Managed Repairer of returned computers and printers if possible or if not proceeded with the security formatting of obsolete equipment to destroy sensitive date. Managed it staff for scheduling and prioritization of IT goals and responsibilities. Escalated critical issues that could not be otherwise handled by in-house IT staff.
