The bulk of my experience with ICO Companies has been providing estimating services, construction project management, and development project oversight on large multifamily housing projects. During this time I have spent my days creating development budgets and proformas, coordinating the activities of architects and engineers as they create construction documents, soliciting proposals from and selecting subcontractors, negotiating and writing the contracts, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and overseeing subcontractors on site. I have had the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by some the most experienced real estate developers and construction managers in the state of Utah. As part of the ICO group of companies, I have gained new awareness of how effective teamwork contributes to desirable outcomes for all involved including development, construction, and property management. During my professional career, my passion for learning has lead me to learn new software programs including Sketchup, Revit, and Argus, pursue a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development, and become a certified commercial building inspector.
