I provided project leadership on the first and second phases of a $15 million dollar contract to design and build a new data center, which includes the electrical, telecommunications, and security wiring for the facility in the Northern Virginia High-Tech Corridor. The second phase of construction included five 2 megawatt pods designed to tier 3 data center specifications.This project lead to Rosendin receiving a 2012 Subcontractor Appreciation Award from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Metropolitan Washington, D.C.I also had some hands on experience in the completion of a data center build-out for Facebook.

Oversaw the complete build out of the PNC Bank in Abingdon, MD. Managed all facets of the project from site inception to completeion, in my role as the project management lead. This project received accreditation as a Silver LEED certified construction project.Responsibilities ranged from design to implementation, project and schedule coordination, county inspections, purchasing, invoicing of change orders, as well of site management of the physical electrical build out.
