The project includes fortified home construction, energy efficient home construction, best practices in stormwater park management and 50 age-qualified smaller housing units (55+) to address the rapidly increasing senior population in Jefferson Parish. When all phases are complete, the investment will exceed $80M.Serves as an internal advisor to management colleagues to support department planning and to discuss business challenges and opportunities as they arise, recommending prioritization, options and subsequent actions.
