As the Director, I grew and lead a team of business analysts, digital and CRM developers in supporting marketing technology, performance analysis and reporting functions. I was responsible for creating the strategy and architecture for the Marketing Technology Infrastructure and Sales Operations Platform (MarTech Stack). I worked closely with the Chief Data and Marketing Officer to map diverse marketing performance data and customer insights to improve support for reporting and analysis. My team and I owned and managed all CRM and Marketing databases enabling multi-channel attribution, customer lifecycle tracking and measurement for comprehensive reporting and analysis.One of our primary functions was to continuously monitor and report on the health of the Zelle Network. This includes aggregate and bank level transaction volume and trending, sender/receiver growth, and Small Business performance. We were accountable for providing updates to our internal stakeholders including C-Suite by way of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews. We also develop the materials required to present to Early Warning's Management Committee, a group of Owner Bank delegates that shape the direction of the company.My team and I also supported front and back office Business Intelligence functions by using various data sources to drive business decisions. We lead KPI development and recommendations, provide performance and ad hoc reporting, develop dashboards, support Sales and Marketing through data driven insights, and proactive performance alerts.
Director, Marketing Applications & Measurement
After just over a year leading the digital infrastructure work, I was tasked with filling a significant gap in our performance measurement capabilities. As the Director of Marketing Applications, I became the technical and business owner of Early Warning's marketing applications and was accountable for architecting Zelle and Early Warning's MarTech stack. The objective was to integrate and optimization the various marketing and analytics platforms in order to systematically extract relevant data and provide actionable insights.Part of the role consisted of reengineering Salesforce CRM data and marketing automation systems to streamline the lead management process. We facilitated the development of a scoring and attribution model, enabling precise measurement of marketing strategy efficiency and implemented tagging and tracking solutions across all touch points for 360 degree view of the customer.
Director, Digital & Growth - Marketing
As the Director of Digital and Growth, I played a dual role in continuing to drive the marketing strategy of mobile authentication as well as architecting Early Warning's and Zelle's digital marketing infrastructure. This included leading the development of V1 ZellePay.com, integrating marketing automation (Pardot), paid search platforms (Google/Bing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics). I also supported Early Warning's Risk Insights business by driving the rebuild of earlywarning.com (B2B target audience) and owning all digital marketing platforms and automation solutions.
