I am responsible for project management organization to drive new product development at Guardian Industries Science and Technology Center.

I was responsible for production control, capital, and capacity planning for Qimonda Richmond 8" and 12" fabs.

I managed the new technology and product introduction into Qimonda Richmond factories (8" and 12"). Programs included new 12" factory startup and technology transfer down to 70nm DRAM.

Project responsibilities are process integration and technology transfers with cross-functional team to introduce new product and technology into SAS. Primary focuses are introducing and qualifying new technologies with strong leadership from within the process integration team.

I held various positions at NSM from BEOL process integration, unit process development manager, and process integration manager. Primary responsibilities includes transfer and ramping CMOS and Bipolar process technology into front-end manufacturing factory in Arlington, TX.

I was responsible for 0.35um CMOS shallow junction technology development for Alpha processor at DEC. Our team selection team evaluate 8" FE equipments for FAB6. My team introduced this technology and ramp FAB6.
