In addition, we… Show more In 2008 following our successful sale of our US business to MWG and with the support of our investors, I was part of the leadership team who oversaw a re-structure of Buy4now along with fellow company directors Michael Veale, Dan Murphy and Kevin Murray to re-focus the business on eCommerce solutions in Ireland and the UK.We invested in new platforms for Grocery (V6, V7) and successfully launched Musgrave eCommerce in 2009, which I personally managed throughout. In addition, we developed the V4 GM Platform for customer such as Arnotts, Currys/PC World, Elverys and RTE.We also began the development of a next gen platform (Marsantas) based on best practice SOA architecture and successfully launched A-Wear across 5 geographies, 4 currencies and multiple sites.My divisional responsibilities was to build out the product management and services group, with my division responsible for project management, analysis, UX design and QA. Buy4now was founded with the support of Fergal Quinn in 2000. In June 2000, I joined the startup as one of its first hires as a project manager to oversee all of the projects for the retailers in volved in the launch of the Buy4Now platform in September 2000, including retailers such as Superquinn, Arnotts and Woodies. The platform quickly grew and soon the proposition launched the majority of Irelands breaks and mortar retailers with their first online presence. While also being hands on in rolling out projects for this start up, I also built up a professional services team which included project manager and business analysts and UX designers.
