● I served as a technical adviser to mid-level management on a worldrenowned trading system.● I worked with a team of 7+ technical coordinators● I helped manage over 600 on-site servers and over 300 remote servers ina datacenter.● This datacenter environment consisted of 75% Linux/Unix basedmachines, 5% VM vSphere machines, and 20% Windows basedmachines.● I also directed system based projects such as server swaps, databaseupgrades, hardware swaps, software upgrades, and the like remotely andon-site.● My duties included creating and documenting best practice procedures,grading and training employees, and meeting ​ regularly ​ with developersand upper management to get jobs done and ordered new hardware whenneeded. I also wrote BASH and PHP scripts that help simplify the jobworkflow.
