Middle Office (Derivatives)- Book and monitor CDS (Credit Default Swaps) trade allocation and clearing as instructed by trading desk for Asia Pacific markets (i.e. Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong, & Tokyo).- Reflect trade amendments on internal systems as requested and approved by Traders/Salespersons.- Ensure trades are released timely and accurately to the market and clearing house.- Prepare and submit monthly compression file to reduce trading desk’s trade volume.- Collaborate with various sub-teams (e.g. Static Data team, Finance, Onshore team, Reconciliations, andSettlements team) to resolve booking issues.- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and clients received via e-mail, Teams chat, and telephone.- Investigate the root cause of recurring trade booking or flow issues.

Global Custody (JUN 2018 - SEP 2020)Direct Custody (OCT 2020 - AUG 2021)- Monitor and facilitate successful trade settlements through internal banking systems and tools available.- Pre-matching of trade details with counterparty via email or telephone.- Fix, resolve and ensure timely release of clients’ instruction received from SWIFT, FAX, and otherbanking systems.- Investigate failing trades and ensure adherance to relevant market and clearing house standards.- Collaborate with fund services, client services, treasury, reconciliations team, and security setup team to resolve operational and client trade issues.- Prompt escalation of trade issues to the appropriate party.

- Perform bank account and cash flow reconciliation utilizing internal and external data.- Ensure reconciliation excel template formulae are updated and accurate.- Timely escalation of reconciliation breaks.

- Conducts the preliminary review to filter alerts for Name Screening for on-boarding and existing clients of HSBC in accordance with established procedures and set standards.- Perform AML risk review / assessments and establish related policies and procedures
