Many "smart" executives try to craft some amazing winning strategy but never start any small-scale, iterative experiments that then can be extrapolated into stellar results. When looking at strategy, I strive to run a number of experiments then analyze the results and "double-down" on those that show promise. This extends across our organization to sales, marketing, product development, customer service, operations, and HR. Our goal is to fail forward in a big a way. During the planning process we can then rank which experiments were most successful and which ones with greater resources will make the biggest impact on the future of the business. Then most of the strategic plan is realigning resources around those successful experiments. We are currently internationally active in Australia, Central America (Costa Rica & Mexico) Europe (UK, Austria, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Italy), South America (Brazil, Chile & Peru), and throughout Asia.• Developed 30+ international representatives and distributors to deliver 30% YOY growth• Introduced 7 new products to the North American and International markets in 2 years resulting in specifications from PG, Bridgestone, Kimberly-Clark, BP, and 25+ Fortune 200 businesses• Led acquisition of IIoT technology in 2018, industrialized the product line and led to successful launch resulting in pilots and roll-outs at large industrial and automotive accounts. • Managed international and business development team to improve lead follow up through CRM (Hubspot) implementation resulting in dramatic increase of lead conversions• Negotiated three brand label and licensing agreements resulting in $3 million of extra revenue per year
