Serves as a primary point of contact for commercial and residential land developers in Knox and surrounding counties and acts as a liaison between land developers, KUB personnel and other external agencies.Coordinates multiple utility construction projects simultaneously.Performs economic analysis to determine utility installation costs and return on investment.Performs budgeting and cost-management activities. Provides support for all New Service teams and functions.Administers contracts and programs. Advises customers on a wide variety of issues including land development policies and procedures, contracts, utility service policies and procedures, utility fees, utility easements, and various KUB programs and processes. Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area
