Implemented over 40 mobile, digital financial service projects in 25 countries for leading mobile network operators, banks, international finance institutions, merchant groups and payment networks.Launched a reference implementation of MobiPay, a USSD mobile phone application in partnership with Geocell, the largest MNO in the Republic of Georgia. MobiPay provided mobile financial services for over 160,000 consumers nationwide, using the MobiPay application on their mobile phones to make payments at merchant locations, receive loans, pay bills and transfer money. Enrolled and activated over 3,000 merchant payment acceptance points (LIF). Recruited and trained 250 employees in four MobiPay regional offices.Guided our agile software development team to convert the MobiPay USSD platform architecture into a smartphone app enabled mobile money platform. The new MobiPay platform architecture would become the basis for the Ongo digital payment platform in Myanmar. The learnings, the refined MobiPay business model and various business templates were also contributed into Ronoc Asia PTE Ltd. in 2015.

Created and managed merchant sales team which secured over 5,000 new merchant locations in greater Atlanta for VISA Cash acceptance.
