This playbook will serve as a strategic guide for the DLM team's enterprise-wide rollout of data mapping and lineage initiatives in the future.Spearheaded the implementation of our enterprise data catalog. Oversaw a team of 8 data stewards to design, populate, and launch the Alation data catalog across various business units. Prioritized user adoption and high-quality curation by organizing "content events" to actively engage data authors.As an industry advocate, I presented Fiserv's data migration journey to approximately 75 attendees of the Snowflake Summit in San Francisco. This was one of two speaking engagements I conducted at Alation’s invitation.
