Currently serve as Engineering Manager for the Fort Wayne facility including supervisory for four engineers and one maintenance manager. Support the Fort Wayne magnet wire operations via management of a portfolio of capital spending, regulatory and process improvement projects. Completed a six month assignment as interim Engineering Manager for the Franklin, TN facility in 2015.

Calculated process requirements and sourced tooling in support of multiple Division Engineering production line installations. Provided technical expertise in magnet wire oven operation, start-up and air flow balance in support of operations throughout North American magnet wire facilities. Facilitated and participated in several inter-departmental initiatives within EGI North America operations including DOE development/execution.Eventually acquired management responsibilities for all operations pertaining to the Central Die department including supervisory role of staff, coordination with die vendors, technical/service support with EGI North America plant die shops and establishment of standardized processes for die inspection via optical and touch probe methods. Led the deployment and in-house training for next generation die optical measurement devices for Central Die and four other facilities within North America including Mexico and Canada.

Led Lean, DMAIC and "just-do-it" projects within the Newbury and Hiram, OH facilities. Project work was secondary to the departmental supervisory responsibility during this time period. Filled in as interim supervisor in support of the growth stock purification/production and crystal growth departments as well.Fully managed an eight-person, multi-shift crystal cutting department in support of sales over six NaI (sodium iodide) product lines. By utilizing visual factory techniques, instilling intimate collaboration with planning and process leads, the department experienced significant material utilization measures improvements from year end 2007 to 2008.

Managed production of fluoride powders for crystal growth operations including pilot testing and process scale-up. Supported gowth processes by acquiring responsibility over Silver Chloride/Bromide growth and growth in one Calcium Fluoride furnace.Subsequently acquired the management for all aspects in the manufacture of Cadmium Tungstate for four years including Czochralski crystal growth and ending in complete process transfer to Bangalore, India.Led several projects relating to the purification and growth of Sodium Iodide crystal.

Resolved quality issues relevant to coating applications on fasteners through TQM methodologies. Utilized FMEA, SPC and Pareto analysis to establish control parameters on coating and plating processes. Contributed to QS-9000 quality system development and assessment.
