I was part of a small marketing department, responsible for the digital image of PyraMax Bank. This position includes updating Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other various corporate resources. I have also previously been part of two website conversions and an Online Banking program conversion.

My internship consisted of a little bit of everything, including social media management, video editing, proofreading for the Member Magazine, and editing the company intranet and Catholic Financial Life public site. I also wrote and distributed press releases, blogged for the public site, as well as other various tasks that are associated with marketing.

I was part of the Member Care Unit, which makes calls to members who do not currently have an insurance representative in their area. I also mailed update letters, managed an Act! database, and was a lead contact on a Member-to-Member referral program. I mostly designed promotional work with Marquette Athletics' Sixth Man Fund, which raises scholarship money for student athletes, while rewarding student season ticket holders for making an extra contribution. Aside from managing seasonal employees during the summer, I also wrote press releases and promoted the annual Community Cookout to Fight Cancer, helped coordinate an in-store Twitter feed, and shot a video for the inaugural Community Cookout.

I was in charge of shooting and editing videos for the team website, as well as running every aspect of the live broadcast. I controlled a webcam, while running graphics on WebcamMax, and monitoring sound on a mixing board. I also managed the team Twitter account the last three weeks before the team had to fold, for financial reasons.
